Terms & Conditions of Sale
Last updated: 27 October 2026
These terms apply to every order you place on the ECOAWEAR website. Please read them before ordering. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
1. About us
This website is operated by ECOAWEAR ("we", "us", "our"). You can contact us at assistenza@lieviaboutique.com.
2. Using our website
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree not to use our website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose, or in a way that could damage or disrupt it.
3. Our products
We make every effort to show our products accurately. Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen. Sizes are shown in our size guide; please check it before ordering.
4. Prices and offers
All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT. Delivery costs, if any, are shown before you pay. Offers such as "Buy 5, Get 7 Free" describe the contents of a pack sold at a single price: for example, our 12-pair pack contains 12 pairs for the price shown. Offers may be withdrawn or changed at any time, but this will not affect orders already accepted.
If we make an obvious pricing error, we will contact you and you may choose to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
5. Placing an order and our contract
When you place an order, you will receive an email acknowledging it. This is not yet an acceptance of your order. Our contract with you is formed when we send you an email confirming that your order has been dispatched. We may refuse an order, for example if an item is unavailable, if we suspect fraud, or if there is an error in the price or description. If so, we will tell you and refund any payment in full.
6. Payment
Payment is taken when you place your order, using the secure payment methods shown at checkout. All payments are processed by secure, PCI DSS-compliant payment providers.
7. Delivery
We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom. Delivery times and details are set out in our Shipping Policy. The items are your responsibility from the time they are delivered to the address you gave us.
8. Your right to cancel
You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, as explained in our Returns & Refunds Policy. For hygiene reasons, underwear can only be returned for a change of mind if it is in its original sealed packaging.
9. Faulty items and our guarantee
We are under a legal duty to supply products that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If an item is faulty, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, as summarised in our Returns & Refunds Policy. In addition, our 365-Day Guarantee covers boxers that do not hold up to normal wear. The guarantee is in addition to your legal rights and does not replace them.
10. Our responsibility to you
If we fail to comply with these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach or our negligence. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable. We only supply products for domestic and private use, and we are not liable for any business losses.
We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for breach of your legal rights as a consumer.
11. Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as extreme weather, strikes or carrier disruption. If this happens, we will tell you as soon as possible and do what we reasonably can to limit the delay. If the delay is significant, you may cancel and receive a full refund for items not yet delivered.
12. Intellectual property
The content of this website, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to ECOAWEAR or is used with permission. You may not copy or reuse it without our written permission.
13. Your personal data
We use your personal data as described in our Privacy & Cookie Policy.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are the ones shown on our website when you placed it.
15. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales; if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts. If you have a complaint, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it quickly.
